The 100% recycled cast aluminum body provides uniform heat distribution, and the heat-tempered glass lid with an adjustable steam vent adds versatility. The 11.8", 12.5", and 14" sizes are sold with a tempura rack for steaming or frying vegetables. Tempura rack is not available with the 11" option.
